Odd Size - Basic Collars

I bought this in small from another seller and it was so tiny it would fit a small cat and not my pup so I started looking again and found this one , ordered medium and it has doubled in width and length. The other was about 1/4 inch wide, this one is over an inch wide. Too big and chunky for my friend. I don't think it's the seller's fault so no star deduction. It's cute and comes in multiple pieces, great value!
