Review on 🏻 Beiens 2-in-1 Baby Bassinet with Removable Mosquito Net - Wooden Bedside Sleeper Cribs, Adjustable Nursery Bed for Newborns, Infants, Baby Boys & Girls by Joshua Donnis

A few REALLY annoying design flaws but overall a good buy

We bought this bassinet before my son was born and he is now 4 months old so we put it to the test. It was very easy to set up, I did it myself at 8.5 months pregnant. The wheels work well and it has been such a pleasure to be able to ride it and keep it with us for those first few weeks. I love that the mesh extends all the way to the mattress which definitely gives me peace of mind. The storage options are also great and make it a lot easier to change diapers late at night. The belt for our bed didn't work for us, probably because we don't have a box spring bed. So we tied it at the end from the headboard around the parlor legs to the leg at the end of the bed. It works well enough, except for the tripping hazard. Unfortunately, since the bassinet cushion only hangs from the top rail, the entire cushion tilts in that direction when you lower it. I keep finding the boy crushed against our mattress. There is an option to move storage up, which can be helpful, but limits your access to the storage box. In addition, the height adjustment is very small. We didn't try the mosquito net so I can't comment on that.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
