Review on PleX by Marcos Fiallo

The customer service has always been excellent and friendly. I have never had issues or questions that could not be easily resolved with the team at Plex, who are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nothing really, it was a pleasure working with each member of the team as they were all so helpful, great communicators, friendly and approachable. We used to do everything in-house but after trying Plex, we realized how effective their services can be. I am now able to focus more time on what matters most. Flexibility, ease of use, good customer service, no problems. I have not found anything I dislike about this software. We are able to track all our business trips, including those that were booked with another provider. This has helped us keep track of budgets and ensure we spend money where it should be spent. We also rely heavily on the program for employee management.
