Review on πŸšͺ Prime-Line Products N 6847 Pocket Door Roller Assembly - Durable Flat Plastic Wheels on Steel Bracket (Pack of 2) by Chris Dildine

Poor manufacture and quality control

Pocket doors need to be well aligned to operate silently and not fear of jamming, falling off rails etc (which may require removing the cover/surfaces). to get the door pocket out). We are replacing some pocket doors and have purchased several of these. They look just like our old ice rinks (20 years later). However, when I installed them, I found that almost all of them had production issues. At first I thought the bracket was bent on purpose, but that was inconsistent (sometimes front right, sometimes rear right). I tried to fix it but noticed that the rivets holding the axles to the bracket sometimes didn't sit well and this worried me that the axle might fail. I don't know if our existing rails have other options for our current pocket doors, so I'll most likely be returning them and ordering three times as many as I need from a local warehouse so I can pick the ones that look good and return which ones are. Poorly.
