I like that they are able to customize their virtual assistant to your business needs. There's no set way of doing things, so you can't get stuck with someone who's not right for your team. It took me a few months to find my ideal fit. I did not want to be micromanaged or feel like a number in a big organization where there are many "virtual assistants". I was looking for someone who could take care of all administrative tasks, but also had some creative skill sets. After finding my match, it has been great working with them! They understand our business. Their attention to detail and ability to multi-task is incredible. We've realized it takes a lot of manual labor to keep up with everything we need to do. They have made this all much easier by taking over those duties. They are incredibly efficient at what they do. I like that it has an easy interface for users who are not tech savvy at all! It's very simple to use. There isn't much you can do wrong with this software so far; there doesn't seem to be any flaws or issues we've encountered thus far. We were able to get up-and running quickly without having too many problems getting started using eComVA because of its ease of use. The customer support team was also fantastic when trying to resolve our questions/problems during setup.
