Love it! I have not used it with Vidalia onions
Love it! I have not used it with a Vidalia bow. I usually use regular sweet yellow onions, cut into quarters. I put in some oil and spices before microwaving them for about 5 minutes. I have to put it on a plate or else it will spill, but that's to be expected with butter. It gets very hot, so be careful removing it from the microwave if you don't have a plate underneath.
