The best part about magnitude is its ability to work with all ERPs seamlessly without any customization or extra cost involved. Also their customer support always helps me out when I am stuck somewhere during my implementation process. They have been very supportive throughout our project life cycle from concept till final release. Nothing much at this point but if you are looking for an open source solution which can be used as per your needs then magnitudes services may not fit well into your budget.
