Review on Musidora by Brian Lee

I found Musidora to be unsatisfactory. Despite having stylish and high-quality products, they had poor customer support. When I called customer service about a problem with my delivery, the agent was dismissive and unhelpful. I had to follow up numerous times in order to get a resolution because the reaction time was slow. I anticipate better customer service from a respectable business like Musidora as a regular customer. To keep devoted customers like myself, I hope they enhance their customer care.
