That worked great on my 1999 Accord. The old device stopped working and even interfered with locking the door. Installation consisted of removing the door panel, removing some screws from the old unit, putting in the new unit and cleaning up. The whole process only took 20 minutes and everything works great. A NOTICE. The original device has two connectors, but this device has only one. However, I don't think the 'extra' connector was used in this car and it is likely used in an Accura or other Honda model.
