We reported the issue at the end of July and were directed to get in touch with the s/c; the controller spent the entire month of August there. On August 30, we received an irreparable deed. The act was aborted in favor, and for 40 days there was silence. They always just say that they were pressed for time and that's why nobody believes them. They promised to get in touch with us soon after transferring our data to the store in early October, but that never happened. So, here we are in the third month of waiting for no apparent reason.
