Not bad for training. As expected without being too tight or too loose in any area. I mainly use them for running so they go through a hard pace! First, the liner is soft and absorbs moisture well. I had no problems with that which is beautiful! The material of the outer pants is light and breathable. I'm not a fan of short pockets and the lack of a back zip pocket is a bummer but I have other ways to carry my keys I just wish I didn't have to use them! The shorts wash well and I haven't noticed any major shrinkage, but I have so much sports gear that my wife is a master at washing them (wash cold and rinse, and don't use fabric softener!) with no problems.
