They are by no means as strong as regular mid pipe fittings but they look good
They appear to be 1/2 thicker than regular pipe fittings, I wouldn't give them any structural (e.g. tables or shelves) but for for purely decorative purposes like lamps and the like they should be fine, I would just be careful about putting them on
