Great portable second screen

This is an awesome 1080p travel monitor perfect for on the go. I'm attaching a picture of the monitor resting on a detachable Dell 7320 laptop. Even together it's a tiny package. With this connection, you can work in a hotel room and feel at home despite all the screen real estate. And while the size is impressive indeed, I think it's worth noting that at the time of writing this article, the description stated that the monitor "has an ultra-thin profile at just 0.11 inches". I don't know what that means because the monitor is about half an inch thick. It is far from 0.11 inch. Maybe you mean the width of the frame? Apart from the extremely thin and light design, the biggest advantage is that you only need to carry around one USB-C to USB-C cable to connect this monitor to your computer. The USB-C cable provides power to the monitor and transmits video/audio. My Windows laptop and Chromebook both run in this configuration. It's really convenient. If you want to use HDMI instead, you'll also need an external power supply. For some reason my phone (Samsung S12) only works with a USB-C to HDMI cable and I couldn't use a USB-CC cable (even with external power), but that seems to be the phone's problem . The monitor has three connections: HDMI, USB-C Power and USB-C Data+Power. So if you're connecting a device with limited USB-C ports, you can use the USB-C + power data port and then connect the USB-C power port on the monitor to a high-power charger (I used 65W) and the monitor transmits power to it the device to power both the monitor and the device/laptop. I use it as a secondary monitor, but if you're going to use it as a portable travel monitor for something like an Xbox or even a gaming PC, this monitor will do the trick. They seem to focus on gaming functionality with features like FreeSync and screen grids for FPS gaming. (See my photos for the 3 available grids/crosshairs.) Image quality is excellent. It's crisp and bright, and all the customizable features you'd expect are in the OSD. Read the instructions as the buttons perform different functions depending on whether you press the buttons or long press them. There are speakers built into the screen, which I can't comment on as I always use headphones, but they work quite well in a pinch.
