These ball joints were pressed tight and would not move by hand out of the box. After installing the 2006 f350 Super Duty, 40 below 69 above 150 below torque specs, the steering is so harsh it's off center. So we took the camper truck on a trip to the islands where the speed limit was under 40mph all weekend and the truck wouldn't relax. Came home, front wheels jacked up, tightened to spec a second time, then took the truck to a trueing shop, leveled and still run on a hard wheel and couldn't find a center. Now I'm worried about having to replace them with Moog or Ford ball joints. Les Swaab's alignment specialist told me that cheap ball joints would cause this problem and they might be too tight. 40 year old shop owner mechanic and I have never seen such a problem with ball joints. Definitely annoying.
