Everything on these units works great. I like high visibility. I like the rubber grips. (I had no other ties, which is a welcome relief.). And I love how powerful and well made they look. I've used them twice already and both times they worked as expected. happens to leave her. The only criticism is the length of the straps. This is a picky complaint. I didn't tie anything that needed that length, so I ended up threading a lot of cord through before snapping it into place. I use extra rope to tie up anything else that's loose, loose, or not fully secured. for being so lazy. I have experience in customer service with Bison Gear (on their bungee cords) and I have to say their customer service has gone much further and gone above and beyond the call of duty. I wish all retailers (revain or non-revain) were as customer-centric as these guys. Highest score for tie-downs, bungee, and bison gear in general! (Edited to add: I threw away the original plastic strap holder. While it's convenient, it's too narrow to carry in a pocket.)
