SunglassUP is comparable to a shiny apple with a wonderful exterior but a disappointing interior. Although they have a sizable selection of fashion accessories, the standard of their offerings is subpar. The SunglassUP eyeglasses I bought had a fashionable appearance, but they broke down after only a few uses. The shoes I purchased were uncomfortable, and the jewelry I acquired tarnished easily. When I attempted to return the items, their customer service representatives were also unhelpful and provided me with little support. And when I was hit with a surprise charge at the checkout, their free shipping strategy turned out to be anything but free. My overall SunglassUP experience was underwhelming. Despite having an impressive website, their products and customer support are subpar. To anyone seeking for high-quality fashion accessories, I would not suggest SunglassUP.
