Very thin. Broke on first use
Glad I bought these grinders. The price combined with the stand is an absolute bargain but unfortunately the quality you get is what you paid for. The first attempt at salting my eggs ended up being seasoned with bits of plastic instead. The roughness control is completely broken off, as you can see in the photos! I think I'll look for one made of stainless steel instead of plastic.
