Drilled a hole in concrete with the supplied drill bit. Of course that's too long. After making a hole, I began to screw in the screw. The head broke off with minimal torque. In terms of quality, they are clearly inferior to Tapcon. I started drilling to install the second screw and the drill bit bent badly. Just absolute rubbish. I was able to use the masonry I already had and tighten the screw very carefully. I ended up using construction glue because if I screwed the screw all the way in it would break off. With these screws tightened to 90% and adhesive on site, the result was "good enough". Completely unacceptable but I couldn't wait to order new screws. The rest was immediately thrown in the trash.
