Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Convenient and Compact SeaSucker Hornet Bike Rack with Travel Case - Perfect Solution for 1-Bike Transportation by Jeff Bridgewater

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ordered for Fiat 500 Abarth '13

It's definitely different. The quality is amazing and I love that it fits in a small suitcase. The only other option for an external bike rack for my Abarth was a hitch rack, which I didn't want to overload and cut off the bottom of my bumper. It took me a few times to align the handlebar mounts to the rear window. I ended up buying a foam seat cover to protect my car from the bike seat hitting the bumper. The pressure is great at the moment. So far I've only driven short distances. I can't wait to go longer or higher speeds once I feel more confident in this posture. Suggestions for the Sea Sucker: 1. Make some black vinyl circles that we can glue to the inside of the rear window so we can mark them when we've found the perfect place to attach to make attaching/removing the luggage rack even easier make. When the rack is not installed, the circles should merge with the dew lines and not be as noticeable.2. They supply a strap with the Sea Sucker logo advertised on it. Maybe make a bright orange/yellow/red that can be tied to the rear wheel as a flag so people in the cars behind us can see the wheel sticking out a few feet behind the car. I'm not sure if all states require a flag, but it's a nice security feature, and for those who say "cool counter" they'll see your company name on the flag, so they can probably order one too. 3. Something similar to your Cable Anchor product that works with hatchbacks to temporarily block bikes when you need to leave your car and bike for a short time and need a sense of security that no one is walking by. and steal the luggage rack and your bike.
