I love that it allows me as one person in our office who was not part of product team but wanted help us solve problems quickly without having too much training or effort from my side! With this tool we are able get so many issues resolved within short span which would otherwise have taken weeks if at best even months before they got fixed! They do offer free trial period where you can try out their tools first hand what kind of experience will be like there after going live!! 1) Productivity enhancement - This helped save lot more man hours than i could realize since its very useful when dealing up front workflows2).
