I was hoping this would be a great product. I'm so tired of boxes wrinkling and tear strips falling off. But there are a few downsides. Although my plastic wrap was just the length I needed, the cardboard tube extended about 1/8 inch at each end, making it too long. I cut off a cardboard extension and it fits inside. The next problem is that the tear slit isn't long enough and the plastic wrap doesn't fit properly. I cut off the other end of the pipe thinking maybe it was crooked, but the cutter bar needs to be longer to allow the slide cutter to get out of the way better. The most frustrating part, as another reviewer mentioned, is that the suction cups don't hold their place. I have a very smooth countertop with no texture at all and after a push and pull the cups came loose. I returned it.
