That's a really good thing! 100% cotton is actually hard to find in a sweatshirt. This jacket from GoodThreads is a 3/4 zip sweatshirt with a large kangaroo pocket. It's great for layering as it's not as heavy as a fluffy sweatshirt and has a terry loop on the inside so you can pull it on without worrying about overheating. It is black but soft, almost faded. I washed it inside out in cold water and laid it flat to dry. There was minimal shrinkage, no fading or pilling. This fits my husband well, I chose a large to account for shrinkage and layering. It's generously trimmed but not too big to be unkempt. You can wear this with jogging pants or in the city with a collared shirt, nice jeans and shoes. Overall I am very happy with this Goodthreads Heritage Wash Lightweight French Terry Anorak for men in terms of fabric, fit and quality. I think this would make a great Christmas present too, who wouldn't appreciate a new comfy sweatshirt this holiday season?
