They seem to be working very well. On my 2020 Diesel Ram 2500 I did not add a gasket as others have suggested. With no gasket and a full tank of fuel, a tool box and a full DEF tank, my truck sits about an inch from the axle plate. very uneven gravel road with potholes. The spring touches the back of my truck with about 500 extra pounds. Without those extra assist springs, my truck (8ft bed and 4x4) will squat pretty badly. At the pet food store, I asked them to put a 2,000 lb pallet in my truck before and after adding the feathers. Driving without auxiliary springs was unsafe! Using the feathers, I measured the drop by 2 inches. Will transfer normally. Hardly noticeable under load.
