They bake wonderfully
The only reason for the four stars is that the dimensions given are on the outside of the 1.2 cm wide rim around the pan. The inner floor actually measures 8 inches wide and 10 1/2 inches long. Because it slopes outward, the inner top is slightly larger. But now I know why our grandparents used those enameled pots and pans. They bake beautifully and wash like a breeze. I keep buying more because they don't crack or break like the cheap pyrex of today. I recommend them.
