Review on OUHENG by Doug Olson

I used OUHENG for the first time, and I was quite dissatisfied with the service. Although they have a reputation for providing excellent customer service, I found their support staff to be unresponsive and useless. Additionally, their selection of high-end cell phone and smartwatch accessories was not as vast as claimed. I had higher expectations from a company that professes to be dedicated to improving its offerings. I regret shopping at OUHENG overall and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
