It's easy to use, it has a lot of features and you can configure them as per your need. You can also integrate it with other tools like Grafana. I like its simplicity and ease of use. It is very easy to understand and use. There are some things which could be improved but nothing major. If you want a simple and user friendly tool for monitoring your infrastructure then this is the best one. We have been using it for monitoring our infrastructure for almost 2 years now and we haven't faced any issue so far. We used to monitor our infrastructure uptime, performance, errors etc.
