I have a tendon injury in my elbow and my doctor advised me to wear a cuff. I bought a copper impregnated case from my local Walgreens but the elasticity was out of my control so after about a week I had to look for something else. I found them and they work great. I ordered a medium and it would probably be too tight if I was working out, but with my arm as it is it's not an option and I just need something to hold everything in place and it definitely works. Very happy!
