I have a tendon injury in my elbow and my doctor advised me to wear a cuff. I bought a copper impregnated case from my local Walgreens but the elasticity was out of my control so after about a week I had to look for something else. I found them and they work great. I ordered a medium and it would probably be too tight if I was working out, but with my arm as it is it's not an option and I just need something to hold everything in place and it definitely works. Very happy!

Seemed to work. I've bought several of these. They stretch and don't stay where I want them to be. I feel relief immediately after using it. Then the sleeve begins to stretch. Just arrived and immediately put on. According to other published reviews it is small. My elbow circumference size was in the middle of the suggested "medium" range so I figured a suggested size based on circumference would be fine, but it's very tight and the elastic leaves dents in my skin which is a sign that it's too tight.
