Because I use a wheelchair, this small fan can be carried on the armrest. I only have one hand so I can hold on to the loop attached to the fan. It releases more air than expected. The noise level is also low. I had it not long ago that I needed to charge it. For now, I expect good service and don't need to charge it frequently. Battery life was good. However, it will not charge. The comments I made in my first review were true, but it doesn't matter now as I can't use it. I am really disappointed! The temperature keeps rising and I need more when it rises. The air conditioning in the house where I live is unreliable. Turns out none of them were my fans.
