Review on πŸ”§ ACDelco GM OE 23445327 TPMS Sensor for Tire Pressure Monitoring System by Mike Wachtel

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works great on my 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ

They worked great on my 2008 Chevy Malibu LTZ. The guys who installed the tires told me beforehand that they didn't have the tools or skill to reset the valve stems, so my TPMS warning light came on first. (The only tools you need is a pressure gauge and access to compressed air.) I followed the instructions in the owner's manual to reset/relearn the TPMS. I increased the tire pressure to 40 and deflated it to make the horn sound. It took about 5 minutes to retrain all four tires, then I turned off the ignition and set the pressure to the desired level. Turned it on and the TPMS light went out. My Malibu actually reads tire pressures and they were as close as ever. (+/- 2 pounds on my gauge)

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • unreliable
