Note: After 3 months use the headphones developed an apparent short and would shut off. With some attention to position they can be reset but will shut off with only a slight movement. The return period is for only 30 days.Some of the reviews questioned the validity of some of the reviews. That gave me pause but these seemed to be the best match for what I was looking for. I have not been disappointed. If you just want to hear the negatives: 1. you can't use them while they are charging. 2. the controls are a little small and hard to use if you do not take them off. I think that is true with most.I saw no misleading verbiage.
