Review on 🚴 CATEYE Velo Wireless Bike Computer: Track Your Cycling Performance with Precision by Mark Taylor

I just installed this odometer and was immediately impressed. I have had several CatEye products in the past and this matches their quality. Shortly before this odometer I first had a bike computer from Zarco (https://www.amazon.com/Zacro-Computer-Speedometer-Backlight-FunctionBike/dp/B01H1MV7LU/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1468634479&sr=8-1 - spell&keys words=zarko+bike+computer). I saw good reviews and ordered. It felt, looked and looked cheap. A day passed before one of the buttons stopped working. From the start, the sensor was sucked into the wheel by the force of a magnet. In the end I sent the product back. I was still looking for some time until I came across this CatEye product. I couldn't believe I hadn't found this sooner. I couldn't believe the price either. $11.76. I ordered it immediately after seeing that most other scopes cost $40 or more. At the time of writing this review, the price has dropped to $9.90. Now for the details: the description of this product is only part of what this computer can do. There are functions for hours, time, max speed, distance traveled, total distance, calories, etc. Speed, which is also represented by an arrow to the left of speed, indicating whether you are above, below or below your average speed. The build quality of the product is excellent. It feels sturdy with high quality plastic. I think I might order another one if I get another bike. Another problem I had with the Zarco computer was getting a magnet on my aero spokes and a sensor on my aero forks. I can tell that both the magnet and the sensor barely move when firmly attached, not to mention that the sensor leaves no adhesive residue as no glue is required other than to attach the computer. I have no problem with the magnet getting sucked into the wheels. This review was only written one day after receipt of the goods. expect more. UPDATE 7/21/2016 I bought another computer for a friend and found that you can install your own odometer.
