The image is crystal clear and amazing compared to a magnifying glass. Numerous setting functions. Ideal for stamps and small coins - a silver dollar doesn't quite fit in a picture frame. You'll need to provide your own micro SD card if you want to take pictures, and there's a major downside here: it's very difficult to insert and remove the SD card from the slot. Super difficult. The instructions are very poorly written and don't do justice to the small device which is solid and quite well made. It doesn't hold a charge for long, but you can charge it for hours, although the USB cable is also difficult to plug in. It doesn't rise at the cellular level, but who would have thought Lincoln was standing behind a penny between the central pillars - you can't see that with the naked eye.
