Review on 🍧 VIVOHOME Electric Ice Shaver: Fast and Efficient Snow Cone Maker for Home and Commercial Use by Joshua Fuoco

Great ice cream maker but I have never bought an item where the seller reduced the price 2 days after ordering, I haven't even received it yet and wish I didn't have the price customized. In fact I was told I could return it but would have to contact Revane if I wanted to. I could then turn around and buy it back at a lower price. What a waste but VIVOHOME customer service didn't care. I would have, but my prime delivery meant nothing, it took me 6 days to get it and I didn't have another 6 days to wait for another one. When I contacted Revain customer service they were very nice but they said they only do the shipping and I need to contact the seller. I did, they are not a customer service oriented company. I will never buy a product from this company again. As said, this is a good product but you will run into trouble if you need customer service. There are other ice makers that are just as good, I wouldn't buy them from VIVOHOME.
