The hottest memory I've ever seen

I love that my Asus ROG Armor software can change the lighting effects on this memory. I thought the light was always static, but the motherboard software allows me to control the color aspects. The memory was a bit expensive, but I've been using GSkill for a long time and never had any memory issues. A year later: still no problems with this memory. I was unaware for most of the year that it was not running at the advertised 1800MHz (3600MHz) but at 1066MHz (2133MHz). After searching I had to manually enable DOCP and then manually enter the rated speed and everything was fine. Lots of posts online say to just use DOCP and leave everything else automatic OR not to use DOCP and just input speed, approx etc. none of them worked for me. With a combination of both I was able to get a stable boot and memtest showed stability. I expect all settings will be slightly different, so I suggest playing around with your settings yourself to find that stable watch.
