This product is powdery and mixes very well, as compared to other creatine products that do not mix well and have the consistency of sand that sits at the bottom of a cup, waiting for you to gulp down and dryheave. I bought some cheaper stuff at the vitamin shoppe and that was a huge mistake. This stuff is the real deal, and is the easiest to get down of any creatine ive encountered
