These are awesome collars. I bought two of these for my dogs who have problems with neighborhood dogs. Whenever my dogs get near the fence, the neighbors' dogs jump on it and bark, and my dogs try to jump up and do the same. Having three different ways to communicate with dogs at long range, both on the opposite end of my house from the neighboring fence, made training that much easier. I no longer have to run all the way through the house to the end of the yard to end a fence fight. The wide range of intensity levels for each setting is fantastic. Every dog reacts differently at different levels. Now they know that when they feel the vibration they need to stop, the beep means go back inside. Shock was used in the beginning when they didn't respond to vibration. A collar stopped working after a month. I contacted the sellers and they responded very quickly and kindly and sent replacements for free! This is an amazing product with great customer service! It's a great price too! When my dogs were small, I had to buy anti-barking collars, which cost $90. A little more than I wanted to pay but the product worked fantastic. These collars are much fairer in price. One thing to note; It is very important NOT to charge the collar while charging. To be on the safe side, a maximum of 30 minutes! Reloading could be one of the reasons why a collar stops working, but I don't know for sure. I didn't count how long I charged them. But now I will.
