Do Not Buy: The New ZeroWater Dispenser does not perform as advertised. I did a lot of research and watched the YouTube review. compared Brita, Pur and ZeroWater and concluded it was worth buying ZeroWater because they guarantee their filter will remove all solids and the water is TDS 000. Yesterday I ordered an item for same day delivery and ZeroWater 23 received a cup dispenser yesterday and once the guy from Revain had it delivered I followed the instructions and assembled the dispenser. I was very curious to know what the TDS of my tap water was. It's 032 (picture attached) so it doesn't seem too bad compared to what's available elsewhere. I poured tap water into a ZeroWater dispenser and was very confident that the ZeroWater filter would convert it to TDS 000. However, I was surprised to find that the new ZeroWater could only convert tap water into 013 TDS (picture attached). So your claim that ZeroWater filters convert tap water into 000 TDS is incorrect. Since my new ZeroWater filter shows 013 TDS which is more than 006 TDS I need to replace the filter which is a joke! Most likely I received a defective product and am returning it. Due to my bad experiences I will be very skeptical about ZeroWater in the future.
