This thing stinks (literally) stinks!

We have purchased three (3) 23-cup ZeroWater dispensers. One for our house, our daughter's house and our Airbnb property. As others have said, going well for the first week or so. It is easy to fill, does not take up much space, the water is good and convenient. BUT then the water tasted like it was contaminated with vinegar. We emptied the container, washed, but still the same result. I bought expensive replacement filters and again everything is fine for a while. Meanwhile, our daughter calls

BE CAREFUL! - Upgraded to four stars for good company service

Firstly this system works well at filtering water, these are the best filters we have tried. However, we had a problem with the dispenser. It's made out of cheap plastic and can't be repaired or replaced (as we saw after it broke). The lid is also loose and a little flimsy. After about a year of occasional use in a home with two adults, the spout broke in half and water spilled all over the kitchen. Attached is a photo of the defective parts. The only solution was to replace the entire unit. We

Pourers are short lived, good customer service is not enough

Water tastes good and I bought two 23 cup dispensers. The second had a leak with a spout that was quickly replaced by Revain. The exchange only lasted about 6 months before the blue button broke off. The button has only a narrow white plastic stem that holds the heavy spring. This is the weak link. It should be stainless steel, not plastic. Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. Update: I contacted ZeroWater and informed them of my issue. Support sent me a new one for free. While…

Slime and Fishy filtered the water. it happened to you

The first commissioning of my new water system went well. Used a tester and it showed my well water was 478 and the new filter was 003. It was great. Next refill was about 2 days later, my unfiltered water was 476. Things got crazy here, at 675 zero filtered water came out and the water was acidic and smelled like fish. So I threw away the filter and put in a new filter, tested my water, it showed 469, after filling ZeroWater it showed 000. I was impressed. As soon as the device was halfway, I…

Do Not Buy: The New ZeroWater Filtered Water Dispenser is TDS 013

Do Not Buy: The New ZeroWater Dispenser does not perform as advertised. I did a lot of research and watched the YouTube review. compared Brita, Pur and ZeroWater and concluded it was worth buying ZeroWater because they guarantee their filter will remove all solids and the water is TDS 000. Yesterday I ordered an item for same day delivery and ZeroWater 23 received a cup dispenser yesterday and once the guy from Revain had it delivered I followed the instructions and assembled the dispenser. I…

Zero water is great. MOSTLY

To be honest this is "almost a great product” I have a huge desire for super pure water and love this product BUT the flaws are really annoying. The filter needs to be changed more often than they say, and you don't know if you need a new filter until the water tastes like citrus. Then you need to pour all 23 cups. A new filter is inserted and you start over. It's frustrating and you don't see it. When the filter fails (much faster than the product description states) it goes from zero to 300…
