Review on Zerowater 5 Stage Filter Dispenser Certified by Brandy Young

Firstly this system works well at filtering water, these are the best filters we have tried. However, we had a problem with the dispenser. It's made out of cheap plastic and can't be repaired or replaced (as we saw after it broke). The lid is also loose and a little flimsy. After about a year of occasional use in a home with two adults, the spout broke in half and water spilled all over the kitchen. Attached is a photo of the defective parts. The only solution was to replace the entire unit. We are pleased to announce that Zero Technologies has supported and replaced the system for free, very quickly and politely. Now we use a replaceable dispenser. We commend the filter and the company, but suggest redesigning the water dispenser.
