To be honest this is "almost a great product” I have a huge desire for super pure water and love this product BUT the flaws are really annoying. The filter needs to be changed more often than they say, and you don't know if you need a new filter until the water tastes like citrus. Then you need to pour all 23 cups. A new filter is inserted and you start over. It's frustrating and you don't see it. When the filter fails (much faster than the product description states) it goes from zero to 300. The manufacturer told me that "some filters are stuck and unfortunately dry out" but when they do, you're wasting time on water filtration , and the moment the filter fails, it's really bad. Tap water. Now I said I love the product and the filters are not that expensive yet. I understand you are getting ZERO water but they must have some way of letting you know before the filter goes bad because as I said it could be that "top off" water you get from a nearly full 23 cup bottle. added dispensers and then you wasted all that water. Running out of water is great and you'll love it, but there has to be a better way to know if your filter is going to be running at full capacity. * The manufacturer said "it's not dangerous at this point," but the taste is terrible.
