Review on Zerowater 5 Stage Filter Dispenser Certified by Cheryl Brown

Water tastes good and I bought two 23 cup dispensers. The second had a leak with a spout that was quickly replaced by Revain. The exchange only lasted about 6 months before the blue button broke off. The button has only a narrow white plastic stem that holds the heavy spring. This is the weak link. It should be stainless steel, not plastic. Apparently I'm not the only one with this problem. Update: I contacted ZeroWater and informed them of my issue. Support sent me a new one for free. While the design of the spout is not durable, the customer service is excellent. Update 12/21/2020 The water spout on my appliance broke again and water ran onto the kitchen floor. Luckily I was nearby and could hear the water running in the kitchen. It was a disaster. If I put it in the fridge it would be a lot worse. While I am a fan of ZeroWater products I would not recommend this product. I don't care if ZeroWater gives me a new one because I won't be using it. I have another one but got the new ZeroWater 40 Cup Glass Dispenser as a replacement.
