I still don’t understand how it happened, because over the next 6 hours of use (they washed 2 large balcony blocks “on the floor” - nothing like this happened again. Maybe the gears rubbed, I don’t know))) General impression. We acted as follows: External glass was first dry cleaned, then wet (double passes). The internal ones passed immediately wet (single pass). Before the first pass, I wiped the outer glass with a dry napkin, the last time I washed the windows a year or a half ago - it didn’t take much time, but the result was better in the end. I did not use the application - it makes no sense when there is a remote control. And the most convenient thing is to launch it from the button on board! (It’s a pity there aren’t all the modes and the remote control still had to be used to double pass and turn off the wet cleaning mode. Overall impressions are extremely positive! This is our option. We wash windows once or twice a year, and then with difficulty. Now, while washing with a robot, you can do many more things in parallel. And you don’t plow yourself, jumping on the windows and ladders with a certain risk of high-altitude work. Strongly "relax" all the same, of course, does not work, since you need to constantly rearrange the robot. Super-cleanliness was not expected, and it did not work out. On glasses that, in principle, were rarely washed, the result is worse. It is necessary, apparently, to wash them once with your hands, and then the maintenance by the robot will be effective. For 2 large blocks, 2 sets of napkins went (I bought another set separately) and ~ 1/5 of the product from the bottle. Hope to be a reliable assistant to us for a long time!
