This actually solved the LED headlight flickering problem on my 2013 Chrysler 200. After leaving the headlight on for about an hour the resistor got very hot and melted the body of mine headlights. Now one of them is stuck on the case. The blocks will work, but be careful installing them where they won't touch plastic surfaces. I shouldn't have installed it in the headlight housing to begin with, so it's my fault. I bought some anti flicker capacitors and they have worked great for the last two years or so.
