Not used yet but the image looks powerful and well done. It's 20 ounces. Pictured is a 16 oz water bottle. The pitcher is much wider than the bottle. 20 ounces is a good size if it's just a hobby and you only make a few at a time. I love the small size of the thermometer and it connects to the side of the pitcher. . Not sure about the wicks, they look very thin. Will be updated after using the kit.
