But well built. in whetstones

First, this tool is well built and should last forever. However, there are some issues with it. The first problem is that the long screw at the top and back to adjust the tilt of the handlebars is poorly designed. It seems to work fine but wobbles a bit when adjusting the screw. It was thin while everything else is well built. I filed a groove on the vertical part to allow the end of the long adjustment screw to go in and also rounded the end of the screw. This fix works great. The second problem is that there are no instructions and so far I haven't figured out how to use the detents so their bolts don't hit the sanding belt. This is probably my user error but the instructions will help fix it. Both issues (loose adjustment screw and instructions) should be easy to fix. All in all it's a good tool and it was a lot easier than making it yourself. For $60 you can't go wrong.

Pros
  • Material: 5mm thick aircraft aluminum + stainless steel screws
Cons
  • Obsolete model
