I love that it allows you set up an account through Facebook or Google so no need for another email address! As far as what we have used this product they make everything very easy once setup correctly (can't always say about our previous provider).

The customer service isn’t great at all when things go wrong but honestly if something does break down then contact promo tixthe support team via Twitter @promoticketingservice instead which will get someone right away rather than waiting months before getting help again. We use promoto tickets services mainly because its quick access using my google/fb login - however there are several benefits such us customising emails etc plus being able send reminders out over X number days prior too upcoming shows meaning less hassle going into them!!
