I am no expert in skincare but I can say this about the product.Compared to Neutrogena and other toners I have used it's far more Mild, by that I mean it feels more like cold water on your skin. It is not harsh on sensitive skin.The Smell - That is the best part, I got the rose-scented one and it smells fantastic. A bit more feminine than I would have liked but that's me being picky.Toning and Cleansing - I wear glasses and hats often and have some horrible breakouts. Since using this toner the breakouts have been minimized especially on those extra sweaty days.Overall if you are looking for a more mild toner I would suggest giving this a try, if you are looking for something stronger and your skin can withstand a harsher treatment I would go with another product. I personally have sensitive skin and would buy this product again.
