Weak and fragile collar for very small dogs only

My 36 lb border collie is a licensed, certified and registered service dog. This collar is lightweight and comfortable. Luke has to carry it with me all day when I'm not at home. it is a very delicacy. I figured I'd get an inch or so wide collar. The nylon strap itself is the color of only five eights, which was disappointing. The collar-wide neoprene blend is very comfortable but not durable. This color is suitable for a very small dog up to 15 pounds, but then the collar will be too long. The collar is for Luke's security so no one tries to grab and steal it. I live in the foothills. I was about to walk in with this new collar, there are coyotes in there, it takes me a second or two to reply. I really don't think the clasp on this collar will hold if Luke is pulled away from me even a little bit. flush Must sew at the very end. I sewed a service dog patch over the emblem and made it where it needed to be placed. That flimsy little token hook, which is, shall we say, far more important than a regular serial number token, can't afford to lose it. The plastic part is ok and the clasp that holds the tag is very flimsy and flimsy, they could have spent pennies more and put a stronger fabric inside. Some reviews of this color say it fell off in the first week and I can see it coming. I wouldn't dare put his valuable marks on this clasp so it's a waste of time. it is not as described, do not send back
