Review on πŸ”§ Whiteside Router Bits 2306: 45-Degree Chamfer Bit with Extended 1-1/16-Inch Cutting Length by Javarie Brumfield

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love these router bits.

I've heard a lot of good things about these beats on the internet and youtube. I needed a router to shape some maple baseboards. I used Beats from Skille; Bosch; SMD; Freud and even Riobi. Some of the bits I used were a bit loose when I was routing the maple. By varying the speed and feed, I was able to overcome most of the vibration. This WS router bit has a .25" shank and worked great with my HP Bosch 2.3 HP MRC23EVSK Combination Cutter with a MRC23EVSK Combination Plunge Router and Fixed Base Router. She was so smooth! - but I needed a larger version of this cutter. Whiteside 2306 chamfering cutter with 1-1/16" 45 degree cuts, 0.5" shank and over 1" cuts. This beat was just as good as this one. They are packaged in a vinyl plastic bag with the cut edges showing coated with a waxy material I didn't think I'd like the bag as most of the other attachments come in a small case, but if you take a few nozzles with you in the router case there are far more of them than the rest in the case They are more expensive than other bits but they work better (with less worries) than other bits I love them.
